I really really want you to get the idea that you’re going to be happier once you lose the extra weight out of your head please! Because:
1.) it’s a really toxic way to think and I want you to be happy with yourself the way you are right now or else getting healthy won’t be a positive journey for you
2.) being healthy is not just physical but it’s mental!! Your mental health is so important when you’re looking to get fit. So please don’t be beating yourself up about a few pounds or a “cheat meal”, etc.
3.) You should want to eat right and get exercise/do things that are good for your body because you LOVE your body not because you hate it.
Do not wear contact lenses if you are in a situation where you may be tear-gassed. When I went through basic training, we were warned that there was a possibility the tear gas they were using could melt contact lenses.
